New Crew members

This is to all my great officers, I know you work hard and ye make me proud, that is why i will pay 1000 pieces of eight to every officer that recruits 20 people. There is also no limit to how much money you can earn (provided i have some )

well sublime the term bounty hunter is not restricted to the now crappy game known as Runescape, To put a bounty on something is to put a price reward on somethingand aperson who tries to get the object and claim the reward is called a bounty hunter. Rs just based a crappy mini game around that concept
